Dreem Fitness only ships within Australia.
Orders are processed within 48 hours. Orders are delivered between 5-7 business days
Backorders are cancelled unless we are notified by customers.
Carriers
We use Australia Post to deliver our orders.
Order Tracking
If the shipping carrier provides a tracking, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note some orders will not have tracking numbers.
Return shipping (if applicable)
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in the email you receive from us when you request a refund. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach may vary. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
