Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping from Dreem Fitness. For product returns or exchanges, the following guidelines are applicable.

Returns

  • You can return or exchange products within 30 days from buying date.

  • To eligible for return or exchange, your product must be unused and in the same conditions as you received it.

  • Product must be in original packaging.

  • Your product must have receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you in the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

To return your product, contact us via e-mail and we will send you a return address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach may vary. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
