Dreem Fitness Self Defence programs are a community favorite! Learn how to protect yourself in various scenarios, when and how to use self defence, effective escape tactics, how to safely break falls, and the basics of Mixed Martial Arts.
Dreem Fitness delivers dynamic and interactive Health & Fitness related workshops in Sydney for any organisation or business. Our workshops have been run for groups as small as 5 people to as large as 200.
Delivering the first of its kind, Muslim women hiking groups led by coach Reem. Enjoy the exhilarating experience the outdoor has to offer, as we trek through the waterfalls, mountain tops, rainforests and costal shores along NSW

Whether its basketball, soccer or mixed sports, you're guaranteed to have your heart racing, agility skills tested and stamina improved. Offered for children age 5- 17 and adults.
